Fees
Show performers are free.
FESTIVAL PACKAGE
$105 HH package, includes all the workshops, and all day admission to the festival. Does not include contest entry fee.
CONTEST ENTRY is $25 per entry.

Panel Discussion
The panel discussion is free. Feel free to bring your questions on the topic of "Dealing With Studio Problems." The panel will be made up of certified Belly Dance Trainers and those in the BDT program.

All ads must be received by June 30, 2008. Payment must be included with submission.
Performing
Performances will be scheduled throughout the day. If you want to just watch, come early. If you want to perform, be sure to select a time that will allow you enough time to get dressed and attend your choice of workshops. You may perform more than once if space is available. If space is available the day of the event, you may perform but you will not appear in the program.
Vending
Vending slots are available on a first come, first served basis. If you are interested in vending at Habibi Holiday, email Taaj.
Teaching
Teaching proposals are being accepted for the 2011 Haibibi Holiday. Applicants should submit a one page proposal that includes a bio, one hour workshop description, class outline (including tools needed to do the workshop), and teaching references to Taaj by May 30, 2010.
Volunteering
An event like Habibi Holiday cannot run without volunteers. If you would like to volunteer your time, contact Taaj.
Host Hotel
Our host hotel is the Wyndham Hotel Richmond Airport located at 4700 S. Laburnum Ave., Richmond, VA 23231. 1-877-999-3223. The Habibi Holiday rate of $85.00 for single or double is available until June 19, 09. Reservations will be taken on a space available basis after that. A free shuttle is available from the hotel to the airport. The hotel can also arrange a shuttle to and from the Fairgrounds if requested 24 hours in advance.
